Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After these 6 hours, orders enter processing and preparation for shipping, making cancellation not possible.
Cancellation Fee: No Cancellation Fee
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that have progressed beyond the cancellation window or into shipping preparation cannot be canceled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Important: Customers are strongly encouraged to review orders carefully before confirming purchase.

Returns
RETURN PERIOD: You may request a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns after this period.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Merchandise:
Perishable merchandise (food, flowers, etc.)
Personal or hygiene items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to finalize a return.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise
If the following conditions are all met, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a free exchange, or refund processing:
1. Return is requested within 30 days of purchase.
2. Unpacking video/photos are provided upon request.
3. The damage/defect is determined to be our fault or occurred during shipping.
For returns due to other reasons (e.g., item not needed, order error):
You are responsible for return shipping costs, provided:
The item is unused, in good condition, and in original packaging.
Do not return without prior authorization.

Exchanges
We only exchange items defective/damaged upon receipt due to our fault or shipping. Contact us for assistance – we cover return shipping and provide replacements free of charge.
Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer and may take 15 business days.

Specials
Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale/special-priced items are final sale and nonrefundable.

Gifts
If marked as a gift at checkout, you will receive store credit equal to the return amount.
If shipped to you, Store credit issued after return processing.
If shipped to giftgiver: Refund issued to giftgiver with return notification.

No restocking fees.
If a return is undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address), the customer bears reshipping costs.
